Disposable syringe 1 comprising a tubular body 2, a hollow needle 9, a plunger 10 provided with a piston 15 that is sealed and moves inside the body 2, and an annular element 18 that is axially secured in the body 2 itself and able to move angularly between a first installation position and a second position; the annular element 18 and the plunger 10 have first means 56, 24 of relatively unidirectional linkage, enabling an intake movement of the plunger and being active in the first position of the annular element 18, and second means 56, 28 of relatively unidirectional linkage, enabling a compression movement of the plunger 10 and being active in the second position of the annular element 18; the plunger 10 cooperates with the annular element 18 by a helicoidal pair 56, 30 during a first section of the compression movement to rotate the annular element 18 from the first position to the second position.
