Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage portion of a motorcycle capable of easily pulling out a key from a key cylinder during opening a cover element in case that the key cylinder is provided between a rider seat and the cover element. SOLUTION: This storage portion of a motorcycle comprises a cover element 12 covering an upper opening portion of a storage chamber provided in a rear cowl behind a rider seat 11, a rotating mechanism supporting the cover element 12 so as to rotate by using the rider seat 11 side as a fulcrum, a locking mechanism locking the cover element 12 in a state closing the upper opening portion, and a key cylinder 62 provided between the rider seat 11 and the cover element 12 and releasing locking of the cover element 12 due to the locking mechanism by key opening operation of a different key 64. A lower end edge portion 66 in the rider seat 11 side of the cover element 12 has a shape decreased in height at both right and left sides and increased in height at a center portion.
