PROCEDIMENTO PER LA FABBRICAZIONE DI COMPONENTI STRUTTURALI DI APPARECCHI REFRIGERANTI

Method for manufacturing structural components 1 comprising a first surface element 2 combined with a second surface element 3 for delimiting therewith a cavity filled with thermoinsulating expanded material. The method comprises the steps of: - arranging the second element 3 in an open mould 7; - mounting the first element 2 on a counter-mould 8; - pouring onto the second element a mass of heat- insulating material and expanding material in the form of pre-expanded foam 4; - closing the mould with the counter-mould so as to combine the first and second element and allow the heat- insulating material to expand so as to fill the cavity between the two elements. Before closing of the mould 7, the internal surface 5 of the first element 2 is lined with a sheet 9 of porous material which allows the air bubbles trapped inside the cavity during expansion of the heat-insulating material 4 to be bled laterally via the same porous sheet 9.
