Zusammenfassung:	A system comprises a storage battery 1 with a switch 2 having contacts thereof connected to the negative terminal of the battery and to the zero-potential bus-bar 3; a starter 4 in the form of a direct-current electric machine. Positive terminals of the storage battery 1 and the starter 4 have, connected to them, contacts 5 of a relay, the actuating winding 6 of which is connected to the positive terminal of the storage battery 1 and to the zero-potential bus-bar 3. The positive terminal of the storage battery 1 and the zero-potential bus-bar 3 have, connected to them, a set of capacitors 8 provided with heating means including a commutator element 9 connected to the terminals of the set 8 of capacitors and a unit 10 controlling the commutator element connected to the positive terminal of the storage battery 1 and via the switch 11 of the commutator element to the negative terminal of the storage battery 1.
