Zusammenfassung:	The present invention deals with an apparatus for dispensing of liquids, to be added to other substances in definite percentage, characterised in that it comprises a vibration type pump, which fishes in a reservoir of the primary liquid being dispensed, and has its delivery connected to the conduit for feeding the other substance, to which the dispensed liquid is added. There is also provided an electronic control device, which guides the vibration pump and is interlocked with a flow rate detector, connected to the feed conduit of the other substance.
