Zusammenfassung:	A hand-held machine tool 1 with an outlet channel 2 in a tubular connection piece 4 intended for removing chips, dust or similar is connected to an extension hose 8 or the like, by a coupling sleeve 9 at the end of the hose 8, providing, using simple means, a positively locking coupling to the hose or tube or the like, which is particularly secure against being unintentionally released. The hose 8 or the like is fastened to the hand-held machine tool 1 by means of a split sleeve 10 which engages around hose 8 in a manner which allows it to be able to expand along the periphery of the hose and, at the front end, can be pushed in an expanding manner onto the hand-held machine tool 1, preferably in a positively locking manner onto the outlet channel 2 thereof.
