Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a structure of an intraosseous implant for dental implantology which comprises a body of elongate shape with a portion which is intended to be inserted into the bone. This portion has at least three fins positioned in planes essentially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the body of the implant and set at a certain angular distance from each other around this axis. The abovementioned body is provided with engagement means for a stump which is designed to protrude out of the bone in order to support a dental prosthesis.
