The present invention relates to a low-noise conveyor, in particular for plastic bottles in bottling or storage plants. The conveyor comprises a guide element which defines a travel track and which can be engaged with the neck of the bottles to be transported underneath the collar for supporting thereof. The bottles supported by the guide element are acted on by feed means which comprise resiliently flexible blade-shaped members associated with a drive chain which extends along a path at least over a section parallel to the extension of the travel track. The blade-type members act on the bottles supported by the guide element so as to feed them along the travel track.
