The device for heating the production string of a well is characterised in that it includes at least one winding (84) of a monoconductor cable (40) around the string (24), supplied with monophase alternating current, placed in the annular space formed between the production string (24, 25, 26) and the wall (10) of the well in order to generate induced currents in the walls of the production string.
