Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a system for restoring the optimal magnetic conditions of picture tubes by eliminating the changes undergone during the approval tests or caused by external magnetic bodies. The currents present in picture tubes during approval testing, which are generated when the tube is switched on, generate magnetic fields which magnetize the phosphors of the screen, creating spots of colour. This type of system therefore makes it possible to automatically restore the ideal magnetic conditions for the normal operation of picture tubes.
