Zusammenfassung: | 1460110 Electric module holders ZEUS RAPIZZI SpA 5 June 1975 [12 June 1973] 24818/74 Heading H2E A wall support unit for a module holder comprises a wall box 27 intended to be sunk below the surface of a support structure and presenting a chamber open at the structure surface against which is abutted the rear wall 16 of a support box 11 to cover the chamber opening, the support box having a wall 12, 14, 15 outstanding from its rear wall defining a recess open at the front to receive a modular electrical device 21 itself having a front completely closing the recess the device further having electrical connections within the recess connectable to electrical conductors passing from the chamber through an opening 161 in the said rear wall and having means for being detachably retained in the recess. The modules may be sockets as shown in Fig. 4, switches, push-buttons or pilot lights, each being retained by the engagement of projections (19, 20, Fig. 2, not shown) in holes 17, 18. The single socket unit shown in Fig. 4 has integrally formed walls 29-31 and access for a plug is through holes 171 in the support box 11. Other embodiments given are a double socket module (Fig. 5, not shown) and a protected socket module (Fig. 7, not shown) whose contacts are only accessible when the body (51) is turned about central pivots against bias provided by a spring (57). A switch module (Fig. 8, not shown) acts when a lever (64) is turned about pivots. The support box 11 may have more than one recess to accept modules, as shown. The modules may be screwed to the support boxes as an alternative arrangement (not shown). |
