Zusammenfassung:	In prodn. of resin impregnated glass fibre shell on a mandrel, one end of the loosely woven fabric is attached to the mandrel which is then rotated to wind the fabric onto the surface. A roll carrying the fabric undergoes a simultaneous axial movement in relation to the mandrel. The relative movement of the fabric to the mandrel is limited by the permissible movement of the woven fibre bundles. A polymeric binder is applied to the fabric during winding. Equipment consists of a fabric application trolley with a roll for the glass fibre, a bath for the polymer and guides for the fabric. The axes of the fabric roll, guides and mandrel are parallel.
