(I) comprises (per g) 219-270 mg leucoanthozyane, 153-187 mg catechin, 81-99 mg flavanol, 68-83 mg lignin, 216-264 mg reducing saccharides, 18-22 mg pectin, 27-33 mg free aminoacids, 36-44 mg organic acids, 4.5-5.5 mg stearin, 1.35-1.65 mg methylsterine, 1.98-2.42 mg dimethylsterine, 13.5-16.5 mg lignane, 9-11 mg glycosides of lignanes, 13.5-16.5 mg phenol carboxylic acids, 4.5-5.5 mg phenol aldehydes, and 4.5-5.5 mg alkyl ferulates.
