Zusammenfassung:The system has a tube (1) to which a closed quantity of the coating material is delivered, a gas mixer block (4), a spark plug (11) and an operating control (12). The latter is linked to respective supply valves (5,6,7) for C2H2, N2 and O2 supplied to the mixer block (4) for feeding into the tube (1), with explosive detonation of the gas mixt. via the spark plug (11). The plug is contained in a labyrinth channel (13) coupled to the tube (1) at a point not more than 1/3rd the way along it from its mouth. A piston/cylinder device (15,16) controlled by an electromagnet (18) is used to obtain a reduced press in the labyrinth channel (13).
