Zusammenfassung:An electric motor (1) can be AC or DC, and is controlled by a switch (2). Fixed to the rotating motor shaft is a cylindrical component (3). From the centre of the cylinder projects a small cylindrical shaft lug (4), and when the switch (2) is activated to excite the motor, the motor shaft revolves and the eccentric shaft lug (4) runs in a circular path around the extended centre line of the motor shaft. The eccentric shaft lug (4) projects into a hole in a plunger (5) which via discs (6), and by means of a screw (7) is attached to a flat or wave-form membrane (8). The membrane (8) is tensioned along its edge on the open end of a valve block (9) by a cap (10) the block containing a pump chamber of variable volume.
