Zusammenfassung:	A valve body wall (1) contains a rotating sleeve (23) whose inside surface is coaxial to and surrounds a stop (17) rod (19). The axis (28) of the sleeve exterior (25) can be eccentric to the rod axis (20). A pin (29) fixed to the rod at right angles passes freely through the sleeve such that its ends sit freely in grooves (30) in the body wall. The groove ends limit the pin movement when the slide bevel (14) strikes the end stop. The sleeve has two continuous radial holes (32) with their opening angle (beta) equal to max. turn angles of the sleeve.
