Zusammenfassung:The solar cell has a complex parabolic glass envelope (1) with a reflective coating (3) on the inside. The aperture angle of the unit, 'a' is achieved using a radius, r, between bottom cylindrical section and top parabola. At the head of the bottom cylinder is the light receiver (4) made as a ribbed cylindrical metal unit with heat conducting layer (6) and cooling vanes (5) for gas cooling. The receiver is located at a given distance 'd' from the side walls to permit gas flow. The vane cooled receiver (4,5) is connected to a base electrode (8,9) in the hermetically sealed unit.
