A device (1) for mixing at high-pressure two or more reactive liquid components or resins comprises a head-body (2) provided with a mixing chamber (3) with inlet (5) and outlet openings (6) for the injecting and recirculating reactive components; a single-piece tubular element (7), for delivering the mixture, communicates, through an intermediate transversal hole (13) with the mixing chamber (3) and slidingly houses a cleaning member (11); a valve member (9) with longitudinal recirculation slots (10) slides in the mixing chamber (3) between a backward position, in which the inlet openings (5) are released, and an advanced position, in which the inlet openings (5) are put in communication with the respective outlet openings (6) for recirculating the respective reactive components.
