Zusammenfassung:	A system (100) for installation and removal of an external electrical device (10) on a vehicle (1), where said device (10) is equipped with at least one electric motor (2), at least one driving wheel (11), a power supply battery (13) and a control device and is configured to be connected to and to operate said vehicle (1) equipped with an internal combustion engine, within a urban area, while the internal combustion engine is switched off. The installation system (100) comprises a top part (101) for the storage of said electrical devices (10), at least one pair of bars (102, 102', 103) configured to move the device (10) during installation and removal on the vehicle (1) and at least one sensor (105) for detecting the position of the vehicle (1).
