Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a preferably mobile apparatus (1) for the treatment of a sample substance (100) for the realization of a direct contact between such sample substance (100) and a contact surface (10) under controlled conditions. The apparatus (1) comprises a reaction chamber (2) inside thereof the sample substance (100) is contained, the chamber (2) having at least one opening (3) arranged for the realization of a sealed connection between the reaction chamber (2) and the contact surface (10), sensors (5) for the measurement of data related to parameters of the environment inside the chamber (2) and means (6) for adjusting such parameters.
