A supercharged internal combustion engine (1, 100, 200) comprising: - a motor unit (101) including a head (103) and an exhaust manifold (36), - a turbocharger assembly (104) fluid dynamically connected to said exhaust manifold (36), wherein said turbocharger assembly (104) includes a turbine (105) with a turbine body (108), a central body (107) and a compressor (106) with a compressor body (113). The head (103) comprises an exhaust manifold (36) integrally cast therein (103). The stator assembly (113, 107, 108) of the turbocharger assembly is entirely integral with said head (103) A first and a second cooling jacket (39, 40) surround the exhaust manifold (36), and are connected to the jacket (34) provided at least in part in the turbine body (108).
