Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To simultaneously adjust the optical axes of a pair of left and right headlights of a motorcycle and a motor tricycle in the vertical direction. CONSTITUTION: A headlight holding member 14 is fixed by plural bolts 24 to a rear surface of an upper cowl 7 so as to face the rear side of a headlight installing opening part 71 formed in the upper cowl 7. Upper parts of headlights 10 are respectively pivoted on upper walls of left and right headlight housing parts 15 of the headlight holding member 14, and lower parts of the left and right headlights 10 are fixed by a bolt 25 to both left and right ends of an optical axis adjusting stay 22. When a central part of the optical axis adjusting stay 22 is fixed by a bolt 27 to the headlight holding member 14, its fixing position is longitudinally adjusted, and the left and right headlights 10 are vertically swung, and the vertical direction of the left and right optical axes can be simultaneously adjusted.
