Zusammenfassung:A dryer has been conceived which is particularly suitable for granulated or crumbled products, comprising a substantially annular chamber 1 for containing the product to dry, formed by walls 7,8 permeable to the flow of a drying fluid, and means 3-6 for feeding the drying fluid at a given temperature capable of conveying it to the chamber 1, in such a way that the chamber is traversed in a substantially radial direction. The chamber 1 is provided with means of mixing 18 capable of stirring the product and means of discharge 19 for allowing batched quantities of dried product to flow from the chamber 1. (Figure 1)
