DISPOSITIVO DI MONTAGGIO DI ROTOLI DI CARTONE IN UNA APPARECCHIATURA ONDULATRICE

PURPOSE:To lift up rolled linerboard in making it chargeable to a roll stand with a lifter of a conveyor upon receiving a measured value out of a sensor, by measuring a diameter of the rolled linerboard being conveyed with the measuring sensor. CONSTITUTION:In the state that roll linearboard 2 is loaded on a conveyor block, it is traveled toward a stockyard roll stand 1. Next, a measuring sensor measures a diameter of the roller linerboard 2 on a linerboard mount, feeding the measured value to a lifter control circuit and making it judge whether the diameter of the rolled linerboard 2 is smaller or larger than the preset value, and in order to have it chucked to the roll stand 1, also making the control circuit judge whether there is necessary to make the rolled linearboard 2 go up with a lifter or not. Afterward, this lifter is operated and the rolled linerboard 2 is lifted up to the specified height. Then, when a light emitting element 11 and a light receiving element 12 detect a tube hole of a paper tube, arms 3 and 4 are closed by a command out of a main control circuit and, after holding both ends of the paper tube in between, these arms 3 and 4 are made to go up to the specified position, thus chucking motion of the rolled linerboard 2 is all over.
