PURPOSE: To provide a compact structure with a number of work stations by crossing an entraining wall where a carrier wheel is protruded downward with a carrier section of an entraining body for the carrier at two stations during the circulation thereof. CONSTITUTION: A bag 1 carried to a station J and station O is reached between a pair of entraining walls 31 and 32 for a carrier wheel 30 which stops during the operation of a carrier 11. Each bag 1 is guided by a pair of entraining walls 31 and 32 for the carrier wheel 30 from stations J and O among semicircular guide walls 33, 34, 35 and 36 to limit circulation passageways for entraining walls 31 and 32 and carried to vibration rails 37 and 38 disposed on a carrier 11 to be fixed. After each bag 1 is passed the semicircular circulation section, each bag 1 is returned to the carrier 11. In this process, the bag 1 received at the station J is returned from the station O to the carrier 11 and the bag 1 received at the station O, from the station J to the carrier 11.
