Zusammenfassung:Rotary washing machine which can be front-loaded, the washing cylinder (4) of which is rotatably mounted in a soapy water container (2), in the case of which there extends, between the machine casing and the soapy water container (2) and around the loading aperture (4), a bellow-type seal (13), and the loading aperture (4) is sealed off by a pot-like port hole-type see-through door (5) reaching to the washing cylinder. The rotary washing machine is equipped with a circulating pump for delivering the washing liquor and the rinsing water, the output pipe of the circulating pump being connected to a washing liquor pipe (9) which leads to the washing cylinder and has an interposed flow heater and the inflow pipe of the circulating pump being connected to a sump which is situated on the floor of the soapy water container. In order to reinforce and therefore improve direct wetting of the material to be washed in the washing cylinder and in so doing to bring about a reduction in the wetting time for the material to be washed, the washing liquor pipe (9) is connected to the bellow-type seal (13) which is provided with a soapy water outlet aperture (14) which is directed towards the inclined casing (5') and, together with a corresponding soapy water guide (15) and (16) respectively, then forms a functional unit for injecting soapy water for the washing cylinder (4).
