Zusammenfassung:Suspensions are continuously dispersed, emulsified and/or stirred while rising upwards in a container in whose working zone is a layer of magnetic elements, e.g. ferrite granules, the container itself being non-magnetic. By induction from surrounding electrical coils the elements are subjected to an alternating field, producing random motion in the element and applying sheer forces to the flowing suspension. Suspension flow rate is held within specific limits related to applied electrical power to ensure optimum working effect: power rate is measured by a watt meter.
