Zusammenfassung: | Process for the preparation of fructose syrups from plant raw materials containing inulin, characterised in that the hydrolysate obtained by hydrolysis of the inulin contained in the plant raw material and extracted beforehand from the latter is subjected to a chromatographic fractionation using an adsorbent R chosen from cationic resins crosslinked to divinylbenzene or DVB and zeolites, the said absorbent, to the extent that it is a cationic resin crosslinked to DVB, being highly acidic and laden with ions of an essentially alkali metal or alkaline-earth metal nature so as to be in ionic equilibrium with the composition of the treated hydrolysate. |
