CIRCUITO DI COMPENSAZIONE DEL RITARDO DI COMMUTAZIONE IN INTERDIZIONE AD ESEMPIO DI DIODI LED

The present invention describes a switching delay compensation circuit for components which exhibit unequal turn-on and turn-off delays. A switching delay of the component is eliminated by introducing a fixed delay at the reference edge of a driver signal. Two out-of-phase signals are applied to transistors of the opposite type of conduction, which have an RC time constant. The output signals of the transistors of the opposite type of conduction are supplied to the driver transistors of the component. The time constants are selected in such a manner that each respective pulse edge of the out-of-phase input signal is delayed by the fall times and rise times of the component. An unbalanced embodiment is also described.
