The novel features are that the film-forming component is polybutyl acrylate (PBA) of mol. wt. 150000-200000; the compsn. also contains dibutyl phthalate (DBP); and the compsn. is 3.0-5.0 (wt.)% (I), 6.0-13.0% PBA, 4.0-8.0% CBr4, 0.8-1.0% DBP, rest (II).
