Zusammenfassung: | Reduced size and increased vibration and impact resistance combined with reliability and response accuracy of the microswitch are achieved with its base holding fixed contacts, and movable contacts controlled by two sets symmetrically arranged elements formed by a lever and spring. The ends of the latter are interconnected for relative angular shift, while the elements carrying the movable contacts are tied to move around the axis of the actuator. The ends of the elements have their displacement limited by abutments attached to the base. The size of the microswitch is determined by the length of the spring (9) and by the width of the spring (12) in addition to the less significant thickness of the clip (5) and lever (8) in the actuator (4). The insulating base (1) carries the fixed (2) and movable (4) contacts, while the actuator is operated by the insulating cup pusher (6). The latter is connected to the movable contacts by the two sets (7) which are symmetrical with respect to the actuator (4) and include lever (8) and spring (9). The ends of the levers engage the knife edge (11). The springs (9) form a single component (12) with the centre holding the movable contacts (3) featuring welded on deposits (14). |
