Zusammenfassung:An electro-coagulator for cleaning of contaminated liqs. has a settling tank coaxially around a vertical electro-coagulation chamber. The latter has in the lower part a system of soluble electrodes below a pipe to admit the contaminated liq. An electrolyte is fed through a pipe in the centre of the bottom. The clean liq. is discharged from the settling tank. A set of screening grids is mounted between the electrodes and the admission pipe.
