Zusammenfassung:	An impact action rotor (1) is provided in a housing (2) to which the powdered coal discharge duct (3) is connected. The discharge ducting consists of a reducing section (4) followed by an enlarging section (5) and a bifurcation with branches (7,8). The apex (9) of the bifurcation is positioned in such a way that a plane disposed to connect the apex with the edge created by the change between the reducing section and the enlarging section is parallel with the axis of the rotor. The apex (9) acts as an element, returning insufficiently ground particles for milling.
