Zusammenfassung:In accordance with the invention, a saturated or supersaturated solution of sodium carbonate, of potassium carbonate or of potassium hydroxide, respectively, is brought into contact with gaseous sulphur dioxide in an equipment for heat treatment which allows vigorous mixing, where the reaction mixture is then mixed according to the requirements with sodium carbonate or potassium carbonate in order to obtain the desired reaction, the mixture is dispersed, is brought to constant temperature and is homogenised. The process can be used in a continuous or noncontinuous way.
