Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The rail brake magnet for magnet rail brakes of rail vehicles has a coil box (1) with a longitudinal direction which extends in an oval, horizontal and parallel fashion with respect to the longitudinal direction of the rails. U-shaped pole shoes (7) are inserted into the opening (3) between dividing walls (5) which are connected to the coil box (1) and are also U-shaped. The dividing walls (5) have legs (21) which extend at the sides of the coil box downwards into the bend region of the pole shoes (7). In the region of the lower limit of the coil box (1), the legs (21) of the dividing walls (5) have on their narrow sides (27) facing the coil box (1) approximately semi-circular recesses (29) whose centre point is located at point A approximately in the lower, lateral corner edge (23) of the coil box (1). The lower end of the recess (29) can merge, via a rounded portion (31) with a larger radius than the recess (29), with a vertical boundary face (35), it being possible for the horizontal spacing C in the region of these boundary faces (35) to be approximately 10 mm smaller than the opposite leg spacing (B) in the region of the coil box (1) so that the legs (21) engage under the coil box (1). The dividing walls (5) can have a width D of 130 mm and a thickness E of 9 mm. In their outer, lower region, the dividing walls (5) can be provided with a rounded portion (41) so that their external contour corresponds to that of the pole shoes (7).
