Zusammenfassung:	A process for the mass production of hCSF, comprises cell fusion of human lymphoblastoid cells with any human cells capable of producing said substance, in vivo multiplication of the resultant hybridoma cells, using a non-human warm-blooded animal, and in vivo cultivation of the multiplied hybridoma cells to produce hCSF. The hCSF production according to the present process is much higher than that attained by conventional processes; thus, hCSF can be used in a sufficient amount in the prevention and treatment of human diseases.
