Zusammenfassung:	A water-fed dish or clothes washing machine is connectible to a water supply duct through a hose, which has an electromagnetic valve at least at its end connectible to the duct and is provided in its wall with a current supply line for the valve, either the water inflow acting as the return current line or a further line being provided so that in the event of water leaking from the hose a circuit is closed between the two line conductors, or between the water column in the hose and a line conductor, to initiate a pulse for closing the valve.
