Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	The engine has a piston reciprocating in a cylinder with a cylinder head. This forms a combustion chamber (16) above the piston and has a partition which separates the main chamber from an auxiliary chamber (14). Fuel is injected into the auxiliary chamber which also contains the sparking plug (10). The nozzle (17) from the auxiliary chamber into the main chamber is directly in line with the nozzle (12) of the fuel injector (8) so that the jet of ignited fuel passes straight into the main chamber. There is also a second connection (15) between the main and auxiliary chambers. This configuration ensures efective scavenging of the auxiliary chamber and produces the ratio of its vol. to that of the main chamber.
