Zusammenfassung:In accordance with an example embodiment of the present invention there is provided an apparatus configured to receive a location update reject message and to determine whether a radio resource connection release message is issued in connection with the location update reject message. The apparatus is further configured to responsive to a determination that a radio resource connection release message is issued in connection with the location update reject message initiate an attach procedure using a new radio resource connection and responsive to a determination that no radio resource connection release message is issued in connection with the location update reject message to initiate an attach procedure using an existing radio resource connection.
