Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a natural user interface based touch free interface for handheld smart computing devices providing a touch free interface for handheld smart devices that facilitate hands-free control over a plurality of user gestures. The present invention provides a method of controlling a smart phone by user reaction by capturing at least one image of the user followed by analysing said captured image to identify the face followed by segmentation and analysis thereof into a region of interest (ROI) for generating a plurality of events based on the recognition of facial expressions and gestures of the user thereby generating a plurality of predefined events. The present invention also relates to a system for controlling smart phone devices by recognizing facial expressions and gestures of the user.
