The air-conditioning apparatus of the present invention comprise an ice-blocks filled tray to cool air, a wire-mesh dehumidifier to remove moisture from the cooled air, and an exhaust fan to expel cool, moisture-free air. The present invention uses unconventional and non-obvious alternatives as components to create a unique, less power consuming solution that is effective and make air-conditioner an affordable purchase for the masses.
