A dielectric isolation layer (3) is arranged between the inner portion (1) and the outer portion (2) and connects the inner portion (1 ) and the outer portion (2) in a force locking manner. The isolation layer (3) is transparent in a first wavelength range and may be based on a transparent polymer. The isolation layer (3) may contain additives absorbing and/or reflecting light in a second wavelength range.
