Some or any seats are ascended to pre-determined height by sliding up along one or more pillars which are integrated with cabin of transport vehicle. Pop-up pillow is provided in back-rest, which is of adjustable height, resilient and can be stowed flush to back rest. System is integratable with new transport vehicles, as also retrofittable in existing transport Vehicles.
