The water production device includes: an evaporator (35) for evaporating raw water into vapor by use of waste heat of the engine (12); a condenser (38) for condensing the vapor, evaporated by the evaporator, to produce purified water; a first heating shroud (102) for directing cooling ail; blown out from a cooling fan (231, to the evaporator via a guide passage (108) 10 between the first heating shroud (102) and a cylincler section (95); a second heating shroud (103) for directing cooling ail; blown oat from the cooling fan, to the evaporator (35) via a guide passage (109) between the second heating shroud (103) and the cylinder section (95); and a cooling shroud (104) for directing cooling ail; led out through a leadout hole (111) of the first heating 15 shroud (102), to the conclenser (38) via the first heating shroud.
