Zusammenfassung:Abstract; In one of the important aspect of the invention it is provided that the fruit juices of different fruits or mixture thereof is stabilized by using ZnO-NP as stabilizing agent and the amount of sugar added as sweetener or preservative is reduced or totally removed, therefore reduces the amount of calorie provided by the fruit juices, and along prolonging the shelf life of the fruit juices without adding class II preservatives; In an another aspect of the invention it is provided that the minimum inhibitory amount of the ZnO-Np is find out for controlling growth of the microbes causes the deterioration of juices;
