Web System Framework and Methodology for Making Personalized e-learning

ABSTRACT The lack of semantics and personalization of web based e-Learning system is a most focused research area of today's era. Social networking plays a vital role in the information sharing and knowledge distribution. Implementation of social networking concept to improve the e-learning system is very challenging aspect of today's researcher. Social networking includes various online forums, blogs, social bookmarking, mobile and researcher's social networking sits. The present invention relates to a system framework and methods is for providing e-learning, also referred to in the art, as computer based training, computer assisted instruction and technology supported learning, are known. Such applications and systems use content, for example, lectures textual notes, video and book chapters, which are delivered to users electronically. In order to describe the e-learning content, framework is associated with the content. Ontology based standards is one technology, which is conventionally used to define the relationships between entities on a conceptual level.
