Zusammenfassung:Described herein is an aerial material delivery system (100), which includes an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) (102) and a material dispensing assembly (114) mounted to the UAV (102). The material dispensing assembly (114) includes a rotary cartridge (104) defining a plurality of channels (212) extending parallel to a longitudinal axis (206) of the rotary cartridge, each channel (212) retaining a respective set of tablets (214) therein, an indexing motor (240) configured to index the channels (212), and a dispenser (112) configured to dispense a single tablet (214) at a time from the rotary cartridge (104) to a target location. Methods of operating such a system are also described.
