Zusammenfassung:Disclosed herein are combined therapies for treating solid tumors (e.g., pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), colorectal cancer (CRC), hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), cholangiocarcinoma (CAA), renal cell carcinoma (RCC), urothelial, head and neck, breast cancer, lung cancer, or other gastrointestinal solid tumors), comprising an antibody that binds human galectin-9 (anti-Gal9) antibody, e.g., G9.2-17), and one or more chemotherapeutics, for example, gemcitabine, paclitaxel, or a combination thereof.
