Zusammenfassung:	An arrangement for measuring the body temperature of a bird comprises: (a) an enclosure having at least one aperture configured for receiving a bird's head thereinto at least in a partial manner; (b) at least one receptacle mounted within the enclosure; at least one receptacle accommodating an attractor; (c) at least one remote sensing instrument configured for acquire thermal reading and calculating bird's temperatures. The remote sensor instrument and the receptacle accommodating the attractor are mutually disposed such that at least the bird's head is within a field of view of the remote sensor instrument.
