The core can assume retracted and extended states relative to the housing and incudes a cover, an impact member and a stream deflector. In the extended state, both the cover and the impact member can pivot between pivoted and non-pivoted states about a hinge defining an axis H generally orthogonal to axis X and the stream deflector is fixed against rotation about the hinge.
